The Story Behind the Bean
Sourced from the Paraná and São Paulo regions of Brazil at 750–1,050 meters above sea level, these beans are grown on volcanic loam soil by three family-owned farms with generations of expertise. The pulped natural process — where the fruit skin is removed but the mucilage is left to dry on the bean — gives Brazil Santos its signature sweetness and full body.
